Power Liftgate

WARNINGS

• Do not operate the liftgate unless it is free from obstruction.
• Careless opening and closing of the liftgate can override the protection function and cause injuries
• Do not place objects on the liftgate.
• Make sure you fully close the liftgate after operation.
• Operate the liftgate only when your vehicle is stationary.

You can operate the liftgate using the remote control, the center console switch, the liftgate switch, the liftgate release handle or the hands-free feature.

Note: Make sure there is enough headroom to open the liftgate. Note: If your vehicle has an automatic transmission, make sure the transmission selector lever is in park. Note: In extreme weather conditions, automatic opening and closing will not work with the liftgate frozen to the seal. Note: The liftgate will stop automatically while opening and reverse some distance if there is an obstacle in the way. Note: The liftgate will stop automatically while closing and fully open if there is an obstacle in the way. Note: You can manually operate the liftgate.
