Wheel Knuckle (14 343 0)

Special Tool(s)

	204-052 Lever, Wheel Knuckle
	204-602 Installer, Halfshaft
	204-605 Separator, Lower Arm Ball Joint
	204-609 Protection Cap, Ball Joint Gaiter
	211-020 Separator, Ball Joint

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

2. Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04 Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

WARNING: Make sure that no load is placed on the brake hose.

Torque: 120 Nm

6. Refer to: Front Wheel Speed Sensor (206-09 Anti-Lock Control - Stability Assist, Removal and Installation).

8. If equipped.

Torque: 9 Nm

9. Torque: 83 Nm

10. If equipped.

Torque: 8 Nm

11. Special Tool(s): 204-605

12. Special Tool(s): 204-609

CAUTION: Make sure that the ball joint ball does not rotate.

Torque: 48 Nm

14. Install the Special Tool(s): 211-020

15.Remove the Special Tool(s): 211-020

17.Torque: 90 Nm

18. Special Tool(s): 204-052

19. Refer to: Wheel Hub (204-01 Front Suspension, Removal and Installation).

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. Install the Special Tool(s): 204-602 Torque: 45 Nm

3. Remove the Special Tool(s): 204-602

4. Torque: 100 Nm

5. Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04 Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

6. Torque: 270 Nm

Lower Arm (14 706 0; 14 707 0; 14 709 0)

Front Stabilizer Bar (14 752 0)
